DATA Protection

Declaration on the obligation to provide information

The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our activities.

contact with us

If you contact us via a form on the website, email, social media or other electronic channels, the data you provide will be stored with us for one year for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions.

We do not pass on this data without your consent, unless the request relates to an event that we do not organize ourselves. Only in this case will we make your data available to the respective organizer.

Registration for events

When registering for one of our events, you send us your personal data using a form. This form is a written agreement (contract) by which you declare your intention to use our service. We store your contact details (name, e-mail, telephone number, address) in digital and printed form for an indefinite period (however, at least 7 years as part of the duty to keep records with the tax office).

As part of an event registration, we also process information about your children if they are participants in the event, or health data from you and/or your children (physical limitations, allergies and intolerances). The processing is necessary to protect vital interests. This data is stored for up to 6 months after the end of the event.

Joint Controllers

If Lenz Andreas does not act as the organizer herself, she only makes services such as the website, social media appearances or customer communication (e.g. administration of registrations, e-mails, SMS) available for use by the other organizers. The organizers are explicitly listed in the information about an event.

All data transmitted in relation to a specific event will be transmitted to the respective organizer and processed in accordance with the data protection declaration of the organizer.

Newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To do this, use the link provided in the footer of each e-mail or send us an e-mail to info@lebenstaenzer.at

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transfer, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data or the data of your children violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
